All-in-all, December provides us a brief sigh of relief. We have the opportunity to look around and truly feel the gratitude that abounds both within us and all around us. Yes, there will be bumps and tough spots, and an underlying power struggle either within us or all around us. But, there is also the ability to really enjoy this time with our loved ones, to relish in the love that surrounds us and to reciprocate it.

Take as much time off as you can this December. You have worked your ass off long enough, life is too short to stay in the grind all the time. The ease, the dreamtime, the laughter and the love is actually more important than all else. Sending each of you so so much love this Holiday Season. I am deeply grateful for your audience as well as your participation in this astrological journey that I am embarking on.

I wish that November 2023 promised pure healing flow that would ease our heart and minds. However, November will continue to encourage us to dig deeper and deal with the oppositional nature of ourselves and the world that we live in. There will be some ease and ways to lean into peace and harmony - but not without a fight. If anything, we will be exploring what we fight for and why we do it. Why are we sometimes willing to loose so much in the name of liberty and love?

Welcome to October my friends! I hope that you enjoyed your relatively low-key September, because October is certainly not promising the same type of experience. October is here to shake things up with Eclipses (which happen every 6 months, so we should be pretty good at them by now!).

This Virgo Season is prominently focused on the clean-up rather than the grand production - which is … still useful. Hopefully by the middle of the month you will start to have a clearer idea of what the Summer has been about and be able to gleam some in-depth understanding of how to move forward. Embrace the juicy moments and the surprise opportunities that are still valid from August’s forecast.

Autumn will be accompanied with a whole new vibe, leading us into the set-up for the Eclipse Season of next month. Stay curious and remember that you are an integral part of the wisdom of the Universe!

Look for the opportunity this month. I suspect that there will be bits and pieces hidden in the nooks and crannies of your world - or maybe the opportunity will fall right into your lap. Some of the opportunities will flow effortlessly into your life and some will require you to work for them. Don’t be afraid to work for the opportunity, what you are aiming for may not materialize, but there is possibility that you may be surprised by what does.

Towards the end of the month, be prepared to turn more inward and inspect these prospects and / or other parts of your life. With Venus still Retrograde, relationships are still being worked on and recalibrated. Mercury joining the Retrograde club adds to more insight and detailed analysis of our lives.

This month is giving us the opportunity to grieve and retrace our steps so that we can lay the foundation for a better future. This work is just as important as the work that we will do to actually build, but first : release.

June should give us some reprieve from the significant shifts that we’ve been enduring for the past couple of months. Despite a significant ingress (Venus into Leo), and some aspects that are sure to produce some motion - most likely the motion will be nothing as jolting as the past couple of months (and years). Also woven into the month are many smooth, flowing aspects - sure to ease the transitions that we’ve been trudging our way through.

It is undeniable that we have all endured an astronomical amount of change and upending over the past couple of years. The constant, straight-line, dependable parts of our lives have been completely reconfigured in one way or another. I feel like I have written this in many different ways over the past year or so… and the after effects of the quakes that tremmored through each of our lives is now so vibrantly clear. Sometimes we can’t fully perceive the shifts taking place until we are at least an arms length from the experience. This month is steeped in either the recognition of these changes and/or the implementation of actions because of them.

The relatively lean astrological activity this month leads me to think that this month may have a lot to do with integrating the huge, sweeping changes that took place last month.

February 2023 is a preparatory time for what is to come in March and April. This month will include : tying up loose ends, bulking up our dreams and gaining tiny glimpses of what the future may hold.

This is a great New Moon to settle and FEEL-into your more sensitive and sentimental side. Cancer symbolically represents the mother, the matriarchy and the womb (regardless of your gender). Cancer is keenly instinctual and the natural creator (of all creations). Because the inner world of a Cancerian is so sweet and tender, there is a need for protection, as well as isolation from time-to-time.

The last week of June and the first week of July could be a telling time on the World Stage. It could be a time when power struggles are more prominent and the gloves come off. There is also the potential for transformation to be activated - amongst many, many other possibilities. The transit setting the stage for this type of activity is Mars in Aries Square to Pluto in Capricorn.

No doubt, the tides are shifting. The past isn’t ours, it never was. Yet, our minds and hearts may be feeling heavy with longing for the “better days.” A sentiment of nostalgia, feeling sorrow or grief about the return of our minds to a place no longer present, could be strong in our collective consciousness. Great rifts have been branded into our lives, big and small. Regardless of how we feel about these changes, worries around safety and security may be lingering. It may feel like these concerns are coming up from the depths to the surface at this time - ready for a release, a transformation.

Entering Taurus season implies a time of much needed sensual grounding and rooting down. This is a time when the spring flowers are in full bloom, babies are being born, the flora is pollenating and the world is really coming back to life. Taurean energy is based on value, as it is ruled by Venus : valuing the self, determining what is valuable, surrounding ones self with valuable “things.”

Neptune’s influence in our lives can be a bit slippery, easy to ignore or just completely forget about and potentially understated. Chief characteristics of Neptunes energetic includes : surrendering, compassion, lack of boundaries, cosmic immersion, confusion, disillusionment, dissolving (particularly of the ego), glorification and fogginess. Neptune transits can result in : spiritual deepening, creative masterpieces, selfless acts, ego-loss, material disenchantment, great illusionary “spoofs” and a blurring-of-all-of-the-lines.

Aries is the match that is lit, the starting gun that begins the race, the fiery knowing that “this is the time.” Step into your inspired knowing at this time, and make solid moves to write, draw or burn your inspirations onto your spit-fire wish-list.

I hope that your dreams and aspirations have become too big and unruly for you to handle. I hope that you gasp in disbelief in how you have allowed your imagination to run so unbelievably wild. I hope that you feel a bit overwhelmed by how wide open you have allowed your heart to be. This is part of the healing that the current activity in Pisces is offering us. Let yourself sink into the Piscean dreaminess, if you feel lazy, BE LAZY. Keep on sinking and exploring your inner landscape, that is the current work.

While March contains challenges - for sure - it is also lined with magnificent gems. Don’t become so preoccupied with the pressures of this time and miss its gifts.

We have a full plate at this time. Recognizing the dreamer within us can be daunting : “who am I to dream up a beautiful life for myself and for those I love?” And then being urged to go beyond that, more and more than you have ever drared to dream before. Besides some time, surrender and blissful belief, all you need to do is let yourself go there. Write it down, don’t, there are no rules. Make it meaningful to you. Let your intuition be the guide.
