Saturn - Neptune Conjunct at 00° Aries
I cannot emphasize enough the impact that the Saturn-Neptune Conjunction at 00° Aries has had on the world. It perfected on February 20th 2026 and was situated on the World Point. The World Point represents the public sphere, collective consciousness, and anything touching that point influences the events taking place on a global scale.
Saturn and Neptune conjoining in Aries signals that structures, traditions and leadership are in a weakened position. On the Aries Point, the most simple description is a “Great Reset”, creating a “Clean Slate” for humanity. Saturn is the reality that we live within, the tangible assets, the ideas of time and space that we depend upon. Neptune washes away, cleanses, weakens, disintegrates those Saturnian areas of our life.
00° Aries, the very beginning of the Zodiacal wheel, symbolically the moment that the Sun is reborn in the Springtime, the promise that we will be born again. Religions are oriented around the rebirth of the Sun in the Springtime - at the Spring Equinox. For thousands of years, structures have been built to honor the solar dance that promises, light, growth and reproduction, after months of relative darkness and dormancy.
What does it mean to “clean the slate”? What does it mean to have a “great reset”? Absolute answers… I don’t have a clue. But big picture, I see this time as signaling that it is time to release the ways of living that we have depended upon for so long. It is time to be creative, take chances, ditch the “way things have always been done” for “what if”.
The process of “cleaning house” will happen regardless, we mine-as-well influence what we can. The governmental structures, the financial structures, the societal structures, the infrastructure, our dependence on capitalism and consumption is not sustainable. We have known this for a long time. We have recycled, we have done our best to lean on sustainable materials, but none of that really made a dent, because the problem is in the infrastructure of our society.
This is the reckoning that is fracturing open beyond repair. Climate change is in full swing, financial inequality cannot be balanced, our medical systems are broken, our education systems no longer work. These systems are rotten from within, have been rotting for some time. We stand on unstable ground, burning quicksand. And this is exactly where we are supposed to be. We haven’t made dire mistakes, as a whole, we followed our perfectly-fated path to this point.
Fortunately, the Saturn-Neptune Conjunction lands on the Midpoint of the Uranus-Pluto Trine. This is the answer, this is what we are encouraged to lean into. Take a chance on the “what if”, lean into the fact that we ALL (as humanity) want the same things. The power structures want to convince us that we are different - this is a desperate attempt on their part. The truth is that, globally, there is more that binds us together than separates us. This is the simple magic of the moment.
AI is likely part of this revolution, we have no idea where this will lead us. AI could be a tool towards connection, towards the new structures, the new arrangements that we are leaning into as a human species. It is not the end-all-be-all of human evolution. But I sense that it is an important tool, at the end of the day.
Will it be manipulated and is it dangerous… yes. Will it open up new approaches to our outdated structures and traditions and allow us to manifest in completely new ways… also yes.
The Saturn-Neptune Conjunction occurs every 36 - 37 years, the last time that they met up was in 1989, at about 11° Capricorn. This was when the Berlin Wall fell, the Tiananmen Square Protests took place, as well as the invasion of Panama. Additionally, the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill and the Loma Prieta Earthquake took place. Setting the stage for our current AI boom, the World Widened Web was first proposed.
While there is no question that the developments of our current world stands on the shoulders of the events that took place 36 years ago, it can be argued that we are also in a much more tenuous and volatile reality than we were back then. And the foreseeable trajectory doesn’t promise to let-off the acceleration peddle any time soon.
The Astrological Details - United States Perspective
Without understanding of the 90° Dial specifically, the impact of the Conjunction cannot be fully grasped. On the “normal” chart, the Conjunction perfected in February 2026 and then Saturn continued its way through Aries, Neptune meandered within a couple of degrees of 00° Aries, and later in 2026, they come within 10° of one another for a couple of months.
But… I will begin with the regular chart. It is notable that in the 2026 United States Ingress Charts and other important US Predictive charts, consistent patterns are evident (watch my Aries Ingress / Libra Ingress / 2026 Midterm Elections podcasts). The patterns clearly state that, within the US, it is the governmental structures specifically that are expressing the Saturn-Neptune Conjunction, the disintegration, the weakness, the inability to flourish. As well as what is being subjected to the “clean slate”.
United States 2026 Aries Ingress Chart. Highlighting Saturn Ruled MC. This Ingress Chart took place a month after the Saturn-Neptune Conjunction, thus, it is very close. This chart is the main predictive chart for the astrological year.
I am focusing on the United States, first of all because I live here. But secondly, because the United States is the Global Superpower. If we are looking at an alignment that is highlighting authority, leadership and governance in general, then it makes sense to focus on the top-dog. Governance typically runs from a top-down perspective. Which makes the Governmental focus within the US Ingress Charts even more important. Shit rolls downhill.
On the 90° Dial, the Seasonal Ingresses (Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice, Fall Equinox and Winter Solstice) all place the Sun on the Aries Point. Thus, in nearly all of the Ingress charts, the Saturn-Neptune Conjunction is highlighted. Neptune in particular continues to interact with the Aries Point (remaining within the first couple of degrees of Aries).
As a Universal Significator, the Sun is a representation of Leadership. Hence, the Dial is also stating very clearly that this year, it is difficult to be in power. Power is weakened and corrupt. Maybe power is becoming more corrupt because of an inherent weakness in the structures that they depend upon. Or maybe the powers are creating more inherent weakness within the structures because of their corrupt behavior. It could be both simultaneously.
A current ongoing planetary alignment on the 90° Dial includes Saturn-Cupido on the Midpoint of Neptune-Hades and Aries Point-Kronos (illustrated in the Capricorn Ingress Dial below). The Sun moves quickly, but all of these planets are slow moving. This alignment is relevant on-and-off from May 2026 through February 2027.
The US Capricorn Ingress Chart is a great illustration of how the Ingress Charts (Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn) all highlight Neptune with the Sun. As well as Saturn-Cupido on the Midpoint of Hades-Neptune and Kronos-Sun-Aries Point.
This planetary picture is important because it is a detailed description of corrupt, frail and unreliable government / leadership. Saturn is illustrative of the stability of authority, the boundaries that it can hold and the longevity that it can promise. Falling on the Midpoint of Neptune and Hades is another testament that authority and government is crumbling beneath our feet. We cannot trust our government structures. It is a dire alignment for those in power to be in.
Furthermore, Kronos falling into this planetary picture, reinstates that leadership and authority is what this is being spoken to. On its own Kronos is a stand-up, trust-worthy archetype. But in this configuration, the potential for reputable leadership is completely lost. No one is steering the ship in good-faith. No one is upholding the laws nor the societal norms as they have for generations. The stability and accountability of those in charge is long gone.
Saturn-Cupido’s combination illustrates that the solidarity that societies have depended upon is being fractured. Also, in order to maintain cohesive harmony within our communities, hard work is required.
A Global Experience
The United States Government is not in this alone. Countries from around the world are protesting against their inefficient and corrupt governments. Over the last weekend (October 18th and 19th) cities from around the world poured onto the streets to communicate their discontent. The chief concerns were voiced from the youth, voicing that mismanagement and corruption has stolen their future.
France was the forerunner of the movement, followed by Albania, Portugal, the UK, the Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, Belgium, and Spain. Mexico also held protests due to unclean drinking water. The United States held their “No Kings” protests ahead of the 2026 Midterms. It was reported that approximately 1,072 protests took place worldwide over this weekend.
This is not the end of a grumbling revolution, it is the whispers of the people standing up in a united revolt against a world government who is not serving them. I suspect that a much larger roar will eventually follow.
On May 25th 2027, Uranus will Conjunct Admetos, a combination that promises major disruption, focused push towards freedom, and breaking away from the past. It can also signal sudden events that cause a standstill. However, these two are very close with one another at the moment and have been for much of 2026. So, they are in play as I write this.
It is no surprise that people are standing up for themselves, they have hit walls within their daily lives that are neither acceptable nor sustainable. The Uranus-Admetos Conjunction could trigger the revolutionary roar that I am speaking to, or it could be just one more layer of agitation that will eventually set off a train of events demanding that change happens.
The current astrological storyline reflects the famous quote by Maximilien Robespierre, “The king must die so that the country can live." Maybe the future can manifest without a replay of the French Revolution, but there will be revolution of some kind.
While the United States is the forerunner in politics, each nation has their own leadership story. And the outbreak of discontent that recently exploded on the world stage, in all corners of the world, is another manifestation of the Saturn-Neptune Conjunction on the World Point. It is a signal to the world that it is time to dig deep into our structures and clean house. It is time to Mari Condo the hell out of the organizations that we live within. I suspect that few organizations within our societies will truly “spark joy”. If we are truthful with ourselves, the joy is gone.
This is a disorienting place to be, how do we hold ourselves up and in if we have no societal structures? How do we trust fall into the future when we cannot see where we are hurling towards?
We need one another, we need to support one another as equals. Saturn-Neptune is also the “illusion of separation”. Saturn insists that we are all separate beings, divided by time and space. Saturn insists that the table is solid. Neptune laughs at this primitive idea, understanding that we are all connected through time and space and energy. There is space between the particles in the table, thus, not solid.
The gift in this moment from a universal perspective is a deeper understanding that we are all connected, regardless of time and space. We understand our connection through the internet, through the impact of AI, through the surging climate change. We are all in this together, regardless of gender, race, or financial status. Pluto in Aquarius challenges us to tear apart the systems and explore what it means to be a human within a larger global community.
Closing
So much is unknown at this moment in time. How can we continue with our lives in the midst of systems and organizations and leaders who are not able to sustain optimal living standards for the people? It is daunting to envision a new chapter, what exists after a “blank slate” event?
Remember that we do not really know the timeline. The changes that I am speaking to might not be visible or tangible for several decades. Or the changes could flood in within a matter of years. Or… it could be a combination of the two.
One thing that we know is that the world is speeding up. The timeline is compressing. Time and space are expressing themselves differently than they did 50 years ago. We are in the midst of a great acceleration, as evidenced by several astrological layers that I will not get into here.
The paradox of this time is that we have serious, even dire, problems to address. But the tools and methods that got us into these predicaments are not the tools that can get us out. We have to take a leap of faith, possibly into AI or whatever other crazy tools enter our consciousness. Yes, there are risks, risk is inherent. But, as Anais Nin said “sometimes the risk to remain tight in a bud (is) more painful than the risk … to bloom”.
Bloom my friends, take the risk to be a bold and beautiful version of yourself, and therefore a more bold and beautiful version of humanity. Your unique expression is needed at this time. We each play an important role in what is unfolding. One of the great illusions of being human is that our impacts on life are limited. That is simply not true. Our influence on the world, the universe, ripples through time and space in ways that are simply imperceivable to us.
